As in the title, how would one go about making Europe full of regional scripts like India has? For example excluding the Caucasus Europe has just about 3 scripts used widely and officially, 1 of those clearly dominant, another 1 used by just one language, although with a heavy history and the second one while being relatively big is declining in use in some countries, or at least it's giving more space to Latin as well.

As a POD, let's say the end of the Dark Ages(as Christianity is consolidating all over Europe), a more precise date would be mid 11th century, around the time of the Schism.

Edit: The PoD may be too prohibitive, I think you can push it back to the partition of the Frankish Empire, but mind that I'd like to have fully alive and official European languages using these scripts, so Arabic used by Mozarabs or by Arabs or Turks(well I guess with Turks it's hard to put a line there especially in the Steppes so you can ignore this if you manage to get interesting alphabets for Turkic people) doesn't count if Mozarabs is not the primary language, as in it is the official language and the most used.
Worded differently, languages that spill over from Asia or other continents don't count, but their scripts do count if used by languages spoken primarily in the geographic region of Europe(or places colonized by it of course)
