AHC/WI: During WW1, an unrelated war between European neutrals

What if, concurrent to the First World War, a war broke out between two or more neutral European powers, which was totally unrelated to the other war going on in Europe? This war could be over colonial holdings or a "metropolitan" dispute, or perhaps something else.

Are there any plausible candidates for this scenario?

Would the belligerents of the Great War try to bring the warring neutral powers into their war?

Not possible. Every country in Europe that had a plausible reason for fighting another country in Europe was already participating in the war.

Romania and Bulgaria, or Bulgaria and Greece could possibly start shooting at each other before officially getting involved in WWI, they dislike each other from the First Balkan War

Apart from them the only options are the Scandinavian countries, who really don't have a good reason to be shooting at each other

The first target for Bulgarian irredentism would be Serbia, not Romania or Greece. Serbia holds the greatest slice of territory desired by Bulgaria and is already at war with the Central Powers. That’s why Bulgaria joined as OTL.

The first target is not the only target. If Bulgaria intends to deliberately start a war they are going to target Serbia. But the possibility of a war starting without a direct intention remains, and given existent tensions between those countries could happen
