Is there any way for Warsaw Pact to remain intact as a defensive agreement past the fall of Iron Curtain? It doesn't have to maintain all of its members - perhaps it can became an anti-Russian alliance by the Easter European countries?

There was no purpose for it after the fall of communism. There was already an anti-Russian alliance called NATO that they could and did join.

If it was to survive, it would have to exclude the USSR and be an anti-Soviet alliance. Germany being more opposed to NATO expansion, perhaps as part of the 2+4 agreement should do the trick as both the US and the UK were opposed to post WP states joining.
