AHC: USA Takes Upper Canada in 1812

Britain wasn't exactly 'losing hard' overall in the Napoleonic Wars, given that it was the beginning of the end by 1812; with French power starting to crumble in all of their various conquered areas. It took until 1814 for the collapse to be total, though.

I realise, the point is that the POD would really need to be wanking the French signifigantly to give them an advantage in the war thus distracting the English much more.
 
It'd be pretty much ASB to have a French Navy still existing by 1812, let alone sufficient naval dominance to threaten Britain with invasion or transport any assistance to the USA.
