With a POD after the battle of Red Cliff have Cao Cao or most likely his descendants unite China and prevent the Sima Clan from usurping power. Cao Pi still dies at a somewhat early age from his illness because it would be too easy if Cao Pi just outlived Sima Yi and this is a Challenge although it is still possible you could postpone his death by ten years or less or make it come earlier.

Have the Cao clan establish a dynasty over all of China that lasts more than 200+ years is the primary goal.

The problem I have with Three Kingdoms scenarios is what can we determine to be true, that isn't based off popular culture, considering it happened so long ago. I think you would need for the later Wei emperors to be less complacent, maybe Shu does do better in one of the northern campaigns, only for it to go completely south leading to a Wei counter invasion?

There's plenty of history books set before the Ming Dynasty(when Romance of the Three Kingdoms was written),the most famous of which was Records of the Three Kingdoms.
