AHC: Turn the "Sixties" into a full-blown revolution...

It depends on where we're talking about here. IIRC it's easier to have May 68 completely topple De Gaulle in 1968 than it is to have a full-scale revolution in the United States, where its political system doesn't exactly foster the growth of revolutionary networks and where the people most interested in challenging the system (civil rights activists) almost all agreed upon avoiding large-scale revolution from the sure knowledge that it would be doomed before it started. Now, if we're talking about the Prague Spring overthrowing the Warsaw Pact that will never happen.

Somehow prevent the mass popularity of marijuana and psychedelics. The Revolution may well have happened if the revolutionaries weren't so high all the time....

If a few key court cases turn bad for the civil rights movement you could have the moderate leadership lose face, while those who call for revolutionary change gain support. Also if COINTELPRO is abandoned in favor of more blatant repression you could have the radicals gain more popular support
