Just like it says. Find a way to have Alexander VI deposed. Doesn't really matter how you do it. Bonus points if you replace him with someone objectively worse that gives more fuel to the Protestant Reformation. Super bonus points if he's killed, and god mode if he's killed by another churchman.

In ShowTime's The Borgias, Cardinal Giuliano della Rovere tries first to depose the pope, then to assassinate him with cantarella, and basically plot and scheme to depose him.
In Assassin's Creed Cesare (a churchman at some point) kills Alexander by forcing him to eat a poisoned apple originally intended for Cesare.
