Most TLs tend to produce 2 Chinas - usually nationalist versus communist republics.
Are 3 Chinas possible?
What regimes would they be?

If they don't claim to be China, does it really count? I mean at one point Vietnam was a tributary of China but we don't say that there are three Chinas today.Maybe a continuing Manchuria?
As said these don't count as 2 & 3 won't be China. Manchuria is probably a borderline case depending on when, post1950 it might be Han enough to call itself China. After the Chinese Civil War:
1. Mainland Han China (Probably Maoist PRC)
2. Tibet (British/Indian-supported)
3. Xinjiang (Soviet-supported)
