13. Delaware Colony (Before 1776 it was part of Pennsylvania. They had separate legislatures but they shared a governor. In 1776 it declared independence from both Britain and Pennsylvania.)
X. Tennessee - The British outlawed settlement in Tennessee, which they set aside as part of an Indian Reserve, rather than part of any colony. Although there were people living in Tennessee illegally in the Watauga settlement, and in 1776-1777 North Carolina annexed their settlement.
Y. Vermont - Note that New Hampshire and New York both claimed what is now Vermont. In 1777 Vermont declared independence from New Hampshire, New York, and Britain, and it was essentially an independent country until 1791, at which point it was admitted to the US as the 14th state.

22. Colony of the Bahamas Islands
23. Island of Jamaica (Including the Cayman Islands. Also including the Mosquito Coast, which makes up part of what is now Nicaragua and Honduras. Also including British Honduras, which is now called Belize.)
24. Colony of the Leeward Islands (Anguilla, Antigua, Barbuda, British Virgin Islands, Montserrat, St. Kitts, and Nevis)
25. Island of Barbados
26. Province of Grenada (including Dominica, Tobago, St. Vincent, and the Grenadines)
Z. The Turks and Caicos Islands - They were controlled by Britain, but not recognized as a colony on their own or a part of any other colony. They were officially considered to be for the common use of all British people, like British rivers.
1-13, X, and part of 16 started the USA. Y, 14, 15, and part of 17 joined the USA later. The rest of 16, the rest of 17, and all of 18-20 are now part of Canada.

Challenge: Have the other 13 Colonies participate in an alternate American Revolution, but have OTL's 13 Colonies stay loyal to the British Crown.
