With no POD before 1945, rewrite the history of the Cold War so that the Non-Aligned Movement lead by Gamal Abdel Nasser Hussein, Jawaharlal Nehru and Josip Broz Tito emerges as the economic, ideological and military winner of the Cold War, overcoming Capitalism and Soviet Communism. By the 1990s, nearly all of the world's countries will have accepted that Socialism (Titoist, Arab or Fabian), Secularism, Anti-Imperialism and perhaps Autocratic leadership are the only effective ways of developing a modern nation state. Europe and America no longer have any great influence, military or economic, on the Third World, and neither does the Soviet Union.
