AHC: The House of Lusignan

AHC1: Have the first House of Lusignan survive as Kings of Cyprus and later on become Kings of (the Cilician) Armenia but with minimal butterflies.

If they eventually lose Armenia or Cyprus (but not both) to the Ottomans it's ok.
If they eventually convert to Eastern (Greek) Orthodoxy or to Oriental (Armenian) Orthodoxy it's ok as well.

AHC2: Can we have a more successful Frankish-Mongol alliance. Or Frankish-Mongol-Lusignan alliance, but again with limited butterfiles? (I use "Frankish" in a gereral Latin/Western/Catholic meaning)

1) Have Hugues II surviving and having children.

2) King of Armenia is hard tought. First you need the Rubenid dynasty making a matrimonial alliance with Lusignan.

Then, make sure that Cypriots (with the help of some other crusader state, Antioch would help) would be able to take at least one harbour to justify a title against armenians pretenders that would forcefully appears against a claim from Lusignan.

They would likely loose any cilician land quickly, as they wouldn't be able to stop Mongols or Turks.

Hard. Mongols weren't always avaible for an alliance, but they actually did very well OTL for being good allies with Antioch. Unfortunatly, they had a too great dominion to be avaible for help anytime.

Baybars made fun of this alliance on this precise point when he took little by little the crusader states.

I agree. Perhaps if James III had survived, there would have been a more liberal policy towards the Greek population of Cyprus. The dynasty had become Greek speaking by then.
