AHC: The French fight more colonial wars during or after the Algerian War?

The lose of French Algeria pretty much signaled the end of the French colonial project. Even if a so called colonial territory that was fully integrated with mainland France could pull away, then it made fighting for other territories more futile. But, is there a way to get France to fight for more colonial wars post Algeria(or during it). I mean Portugal did it until the mid 70s so it's technically possible considering France has more resources and power than Portugal. Of course, the political situation was very different in each country.

Three points.
The first, to the French the fight in Algeria was not a colonial war. They considered Algeria part of the Metropole; they were fighting to keep their country whole. They just didn't realize that the Algerians didn't feel the same way.
Second, do you realize that France had been fighting wars for over 20 years (1939-1962), they were just plain tired of fighting.
Third, what was worth the blood and treasure once Indochina and Algeria are gone? There ain't nothing left worth fighting over.

Well, the Algeria war is considered a part of decolonization.
I suppose I should have added during the Algerian war as well.

Yeah, there’s a way. Have the military coup in 1961 succeed and turn the country fascist. That’ll keep Algeria burning for a long, long time, quite possibly into the 1980s. Fighting in other places also looks pretty probable.
