AHC: The Black Cross Shall Shadow the Rising Sun (Teutonic Hokkaido)

Okay, so... the challenge:

With no ASB, or failing that, as little ASB as possible, get the Teutonic Order to Hokkaido before 1467 and install them as the local rulers. The overall ideology should be similar to OTL, but they can be changed a bit by circumstance and necessity.

Tl;Dr: The only limits are that it has to be before 1467 and that the Teutonic Knights need to still be recognizable upon arrival and then afterwards.

Have fun!

Age of exploration pioneered by Vikings in the 900s and 1000s and Andalusians in 1100s.

Teutonic Order still rises up.

After being defeated by Lithuania they relocate to Crusader taken areas in Andalus (probably Portugal). From there they explore to conquer new areas and bring them to Christianity. However a massive North African army conquers them in the name of insert Berber dynasty here.

They relocate somewhere else, then to somewhere in India.

Hokkaido is conquered.

Schism in the Teutonic Order. The break-off faction stays in Hokkaido and continues to call itself the Teutonic Order. The remainder renames itself to something else (Indian Ocean Order of the True Cross or something).

1190: Temujin adopts Nestorianism

early 1200's: Ghenghis Khan unites the Mongols and successfully invades China, defeats the Kara Khitai, and the Khwarezmid Empire.

1223: As the Mongolian Empire invades the Orthodox states things go much worse for the Mongols (likely the Nestorianism makes them much less likely to invite pagans and muslims into the horde). They make alliance with the Teutonic Order, and together assault the Russian states (Russians survive by allying with disgruntled pagans and muslims in the Mongolian horde).

1224: Ghenghis Khan adopts Catholicism; he invites the Teutons to serve in his Horde, and to serve as his personal guards. By this time the Russians are finally defeated.

1229 The death of Ghenghis Khan brings Ogedei Khan (he is not really that Catholic) to power. He is less friendly to the Teutons, and orders them to serve in the frontlines of his conquests and take on the most dangerous tasks. The Teutonic Order sees this as a challenge to prove the righteousness of their religion.

1230's Ogedei adds Persia and Korea to his realm. Despite his distrust of the Europeans he starts to see their use he grants lands to the Teutons. German settlers now start to set up in Central Asia.

1240's - 1260's prosperity reigns in Eurasia. However the Western Church starts to turn against the Teutonics. The Templar's incite the Pope into challenging the Teutonics as following the Nestorian Heresy, and putting personal profits ahead of the church.

1277 Herman Khan invades Japan. Thanks to good luck the invasion goes on without a hitch, Japan is vassalized and Hokkaido is granted to the Teutonic Order.
