Well, the Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus and the Holy Spirit are creations of the father and not one in nature with him, so there you go. It's already OTL.

That's not really surviving Arianism though. It is a modern system that resembles Arianism on some points but differ greatly on others. It is not in any way a continuation of Arius's teaching.

What if Arius gained enough momentum early to get Constantine on his side? That would go a long way to establishing Arianism as a force that would last to the modern day in some form or another.

Athanasius, the champion of Nicene theology was exiled several times by the emperor. Constantine's main Christian adviser was (semi-)Arian. Several emperors after Constantine were (semi-)Arian.

Right, it is important to note that Arian ideas were on their base level appealing to the Imperial court because of their unique approach to Christ’s divinity, and also because of inertia surrounding the court. But Constantine was focused primarily on stability of the Roman realm, which kept him from fully adopting Arianism and then led to its persecution in the goal of unity. The key is to find a way to get Arius enough early push of conversion to convince Constantine that it is the next wave of the faith, if only he adopted it outright.
