The challenge is to make as many of these "stateless nations" states as you can. My dad having a Mohawk Tribal ID, bonus points for the Lakota, who are pretty much screwed at the time they're at their strongest.

Well they're all unconnected, but:

Kurds - have Britain support a Kurdish state post-Ottoman
Igbo - Biafra independence
Baluchs, Tamils, Sikhs, Kashmiri, - alternate partition of India with Sikh-predominant regions in Punjab becoming their own state
Palestine - trickier, but perhaps have Israel and Palestine come to some sort of solution?
Scots - successful referendum
Tuaregs - successful rebellion (or creation of a Berber state by the French)
Basque - Kingdom of Navarre survives?

Naw, though the tent embassy still stands as a matter of pride and honour for the indigenous peoples.
