AHC: Slavic Anatolia

Is it at all possible to have an Anatolia populated almost entirely by Slavic speakers? No restriction on pod but it's better if it's earlier.

Byzantines decisively defeat the Turks and settle the region with settlers/military garrisons from the Balkans and OTL Russia.

No idea on a POD or how possible the above is, the region/period isn't my specialty.

I've been playing around with this idea myself, actually. For the sake if a single POD, maybe have the Bulgarians take Constantinople as they almost did (under Simon?). They crown their own ruler as Avtocrator, and he settles central Anatolia, which wa growing unserpopulated, with Slavic veterans. The Slavic community grows it dominates Anatolia.

Well I am not sure do freak storms or generaly bad weather (which is not uncommon in the Aegean) at sea fall under the ASB. But for example have the Byz fleet lost or severely damaged prior to the 626 siege, allowing the Sassanids to cross. Constantinople falls to the joint effort of the King of Kings and Khagan, allowing the Slavs to flood Anatolia just as they did Greece. In such a scenario I could see the Greek language go down in history like OTL latin, preserved in scatered orthodox monasteries mainly on the islands.

I wonder if the Kievan Rus could capture parts of the Black Sea coast of Anatolia, and occupy certain cities with their Slavic tribal vassals.

Wasn't there any Slavic presence in the Anatolian region of Bythinia? If the Slavs were treated well there by competent Byzantine Emperors, they may have a chance at building a Slavic proto-state in Anatolia.
