AHC: Sega Stays in console market

Change the launch of the Saturn so that they don't burn so many bridges with retailers is an obvious POD. Also allow Sega of Anerica a bit more freedom perhaps.

No Sega CD/32X which ruined Sega's reputation with their short term stop-gap add-ons.

Make the Saturn more user friendly for software developers so it can have a game library to compete with the PlayStation.

I think that's all it would take - these were the main areas where Sega messed up big time.
