Here is the challenge, applied to several countries:

Rome survives as a Republic at least100 years longer than OTL

Britain remains a non-monarchical Commonwealth for at least 100 years after the English Civil War

France remains a Republic without monarchical interruptions for at least 1792-1892

Netherlands remains a Republic through late 18th and 19th century at least

Venice remains a Republic through the 19th century

Naples remains a Republic for at least 1647-1747

Modern Greece remains a Republic for at least 1822-1922

Spain remains a Republic at least 1873-1973

Lanfang remains an independent Republic at least 1884-1984

Hungary remains a Republic at least 1848-1948

Japan remains a Shogunate, or turns into a Republic, without Imperial power, from at least 1868-1968

Brazil becomes independent as a Republic, never a monarchy

Mexico becomes independent as a Republic, never a monarchy

For a start I'll take on one:

"Brazil never becoming empire only an independent republic"

In my view just a few butterflies or POD within Napoleons invasion of the Iberian Peninusla and start to the Peninsular War to make the Portuguese court flee to Britain (their long historical ally) and not Brazil.

If there is seeming colonial unrest set off by nationalist sentiment or maybe just the need to travel to a closer safe area than Brazil, Pedro is thus never raised as a Brazilian, thus never has the alliegance and need to want to become king there. With the court in Britain, Brazil might never be raised to an equal constituent kingdom with Portugal(and the Algarves) and thus no justification for it breaking away as a kingdom. Gives an open path for nationalist and thus a bloody war of independence (of course maybe)

Also always the route of not having the court flee, Napoleon's forces capturing them in Lisbon and then boom Portugal and Brazil incorporated into French holdings and possible rejection of said French rule and Brazil breaks as Republic.

You best begin with an early PoD, avoiding too many fast and vast conquests outside Italy, especially in Sicily and Hispania, and its slave-worked latifundia, thus keeping more of the soldier-farmer aspect of the early republic.

Hungary remains a Republic at least 1848-1948
Lajos Kossuth / the Hungarian liberals and Josip Jelacic / the Croatian liberals must act united instead of fighting each other. Though how you`d get them to do that, I honestly don`t know.

Okay, what about the biggest one - keep France a Republic without any monarchical restorations or new Imperial traditions. France could have bouts of of dictatorship, but nothing officially hereditary, and it can have colonies, indeed a colonial "Empire" but never an Emperor or Empress.

Can Europe, and indeed the French countryside beyond Paris, be made to tolerate Republican forms continuously through the 1890s?

Dutch/British Commonwealth.

Cromwell and the Netherlands form
an unbreakable alliance of mutual support and defense.

Ideologically possible but the divergent interests that created the British Empire OTL would have to be put away unless they could align with those of the already expansive interests of the 17th Century Netherlands OTL.
