AHC: Question Time in the United States

In the UK, the Prime Minister has to stand up on a podium and answer questions from Parliament for about an hour or so every day that Parliament is in session. It can be an opportunity for the PM to rip on some poor unprepared legislator, for him to slip up in hilarious fashion, or make references to pleasuring one of his colleague's wives.

With a PoD any time after 1900, make something like this the norm in the US. Maybe the President can take a walk down to Capitol Hill once a month and answer questions from the House or Senate (or both).

PMQs is once a week rather than every day - but interesting idea
