AHC: Qing China under Dutch sphere of influence

Let's say, for example, the Dutch sided with an eunuch faction that successfully took over the government.
How feasible is this? How would this happen? Would this mean successful coup or Qing China thrown into chaos?
Another option of allowing the Dutch to gain political and economic control is, of course, possible. It's just that they aren't at the top of my head at the moment.
POD is 1650.

This won't happen. Eunuchs were extraordinarily weak during the Qing Dynasty, until sometime during the 19th century, due to calculated and deliberate actions on the part of Manchu rulers. For most of the dynasty, there aren't even eunuch factions. There aren't any plausible ways to change this.

ah, okay.
So no eunuchs- then what can happen?
There must be a way to influence the Imperial court- how about the Dutch helping the Qing during a stronger White Lotus Rebellion(or several major rebellions happening at once)? The Dutch can supply China with finances or weaponry that the Qing later becomes too weak to repay.
