AHC: Ptolemy, Consul of Rome, Pharao of Egypt, Basileus and King of Mauretania

Challenge: Have this guy (whose ancestry I find remarkable) become Consul of Rome, King of Mauretania, Basileos of the Greeks and Pharao of the Egyptians with the POD right after his birth, in 1 BC.

Bonus points if his son keeps the position for a few years following his fathers death

Extra bonus points if he brings some form of limited democracy to the peoples of the Mediterranean.

If we butterfly somehow Caesar's assassination we might reach something similar to that but i highly doubt that Caesarion would be Consul... King, Dictator for life etc. yes... But Consul no... Roman Republic was dying by that time and in OTL after Caesar's assassination Octavius just finished it off...

well the title of Consul was retained all the way up to Heraclius if I'm not mistaken, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Also, this is Ptolemy, son of Cleopatra Selene (daughter of Marc Anthony and Cleopatra), not Caesarion.

I meant consul by democratic election... and consulate was retained (as a honorific title though only without any powers) till the reign of Leo VI who abolished almost all Roman leftovers...
Oh i didnt see that i thought we were talking about Caesarion... Mea culpa...
