AHC:*Prussia unites Russia

What if this *Prussian state was never conquered by the Teutonic Order? The original Baltic Prussians were not Germanic.

I think this would be the best bet. Have the pagan Old Prussians convert to Orthodoxy, and with substantial Russian help beat off the Germans, Danes and Swedes. Orthodox Prussia will fall into the Russian cultural orbit, and Lithuania will follow. IOTL it was substantially within the Russian cultural sphere (if you wanted a book in pagan Lithuania, it was probably written in Russian) until the repeated unions with Poland. If Prussia is Orthodox, Lithuania will most likely go Orthodox as well, and both will be Russian culturally and maybe a bit genetically due to intermarriage with the Russian principalities, since Prussia and Lithuania will be considered the western members of that club. Now Prussia by itself probably doesn't have the strength to unite Russia a la Muscovy, but a Prussia-Lithuania Union could.

There was a Prussian street in Novgorod, and a few boyar families are Prussian (as in Baltic) in origin. That's about it.

Prussia never had the potential I think. :p
So basically we could have a Novgorod-Prussia with Lithuania that unites Russia..

I suspect that in any situation where Novgorod owns Prussia and Lithuania it would be called "Novgorod-Lithuania", Prussia is not nearly on the same scale as Lithuania.

It wouldn't eve be called that, it might be just be "(land of the...) (princes/people) of Rus and Lithuania" as Lithuania was in real life (Rus, Lithuania and Samogitia).

If we're generous we might include "...and of the Prussians/Yotvingians" to the title.

"Lithuanian Rus" in western historiography, almost certainly.
