AHC: prevent Hitler's accession to power by comedy

IOTL, the Allies, rather than jamming Nazi broadcasts, often made simultaneous broadcasts on the same frequencies, inserting ridicule in breaks in the propaganda. And think about it: in a typical business suit, minus the trappings he loved, Hitler was unprepossessing if not funny-looking, with the toothbrush mustache and the unruly forelock.

So: how do we make Hitler the butt of jokes enough so that he's not taken seriously as a political leader before he gained power? Ideally, the mere mention of his name or the viewing of a caricature would provoke chuckles if not outright laughter--and the song Der Führer's Face (see the Spike Jones performance or the Donald Duck cartoon) is tantamount to a documentary. And while we're at it, what does he do if he's a national punch line instead of a ruthless leader?

Yeah, that would work for adult comedy. How about for making him a total joke so much so that kindergarten kids would get it and laugh?

I'll leave my response to the great American satirist Tom Lehrer who was once asked if he thought his music impacted people's thinking: "I don't think this kind of thing has an impact on the unconverted, frankly. It's not even preaching to the converted; it's titillating the converted... I'm fond of quoting Peter Cook, who talked about the satirical Berlin kabaretts of the 1930s, which did so much to stop the rise of Hitler and prevent the Second World War."

I'm cheating, but I'd use a time machine and one of those portable devices with Internet to show the German people various parodies of that scene in the bunker from the movie Downfall. You know, that scene where Hitler rambled on and on and on.
