Given how he is absolutely fucking insane, not likely. The man is a genuine believer that the British empire controls the world.
To make him president you'd have to fundamentally change his views, or at least keep, them very private. Then he has a chance at lower then higher office.
I dont believe he would've been a good president, but I recently read about the LaRouche movement and I thought it would be interesting if he became president because of his ideas
Stay away from them. They're cult members. They're absolutely crazy.
Years ago, I made the mistake of getting sucked in by a sweet old lady. It was nothing major, she just asked me to sign up for an anti-war newsletter. I was foolish enough to put down my cell # and started getting weekly calls from the LaRouchites asking me to attend their meetings. I would tell them I was not interested every single time and not to call back - and they'd call back. Every week. For like ten years. TEN FUCKING YEARS.
WHO DOES THAT?
Finally, just within the last few years, in fact (2014), the calls stopped.
Im not involved with them, i literally just read the Wikipedia page about his ideas, no big deal.
He takes the Trotskyist Entryist philosophy very, very seriously and pretends to have completely different views than he actually does to slowly rise up in one of the main parties.
Yeah, in the normal sense. Here it would be a one-man job, where LaRouche acts like a mainstream Democrat let's say and rises to become president, then tries to impose his revolution from the top down and obviously gets removed from office.Entryism doesn't actually work when you're trying to take over a party. It's just not actually an effective strategy.
