AHC: Presbyterians side with the Catholics in Ireland

The United Irishmen rebellion against British rule in the late 1800s was led by several Presbyterians. However, at the same time the Presbyterians seemed to back the Orange Order against the Catholics. How can you get it so that the majority of Presbyterians ally with Catholics against the Anglicans and support home rule?

You basically need to keep Anglican discrimination against the Presbyterians a thing which, in turn, means that that the British don't adopt a social policy of "a protestant is a protestant *shrug*". Once the Presbyterians began to have the same respect and economic opportunities as their Anglican neighbors, their support for Irish nationalism began to dwindle.

When did they bring Presbyterians into the fold in our timeline? It's my understand it was only in the 19th Century, yet the Orange Order was already formed by this point. Was the Orange Order purely an Anglican thing early on?
