AHC: Pierre Abelard boosts the French Court

Okay, so I thought up a good ATL. Anyone heard of Pierre Abelard, the greatest philosopher of the 12th century? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Abelard

I was thinking what if this great thinker served the French Court, tutored future kings and queens, and influenced Louis VII enough that he wouldn't act like a monk like IOTL, who would instead think pragmaticaly and logically on finding new ways to develop french society and such, putting France on a economic parallel with even the Byzantines by 1200? Would this prevent Eleanor of Aquitaine from divorcing Louis VII, preventing the formation of the Angevin Empire? Can this be made into a great story?
