How could the Prussian King also become King of Poland either through election or through the partition. What would happen to German unification if Prussia owns most of Congress Poland and in return does not own most the historical Prussian rhineland.

If Prussia is given Poland in Vienna Rhinelandd would likely went to Hanover (balance of power must be kept). So Prussia would not unite Germany (perhaps Hanover would) and would turn into Austria-Hungary northern analogue.
