AHC/PC - Poland absorbing Russia/Muscovy?

I'm not very familiar with medieval and early modern Poland and Russia, so I turn to the more informed. Is it plausible for Poland/the PLC to conquer and hold Russia long enough for the Russians (and other East Slavic peoples) to be Polonized?

Polonization I think is impossible, absorbing Russia there could be a window with the Time of Troubles, maybe they decide to recreate a series of principalities that used to exist and have them as vassals. They would to deal with a large Russian population, and there's also the question of religion given the reformation being in full swing at the time.

If Poland converts to Christianity sooner, by a couple of generations, they could expand east with the blessings of Christendom, and even if actual political rule is not (immediately) achieved, if the northern Russian territories are converted from Poland, then they'll be in the Polish, Catholic cultural sphere, rather than the Orthodox one.

iOTL, Vladimir in the Ukraine converted in 980 (or so) taking the Ukraine with him, while Poland converted 966. If you can get more successful Moravian missionaries north earlier, you might get Poland converted by, say, 900, which would give them a good chance at beating the Orthodox into Russia.

Maybe the Moravians go east, too, and Poland reaches to Moscow and Novgorod, while Moravia includes the Ukraine?

To Polonize major parts of the Russian population you'd need some weird medieval PoD. But if Russia is united with the Commonwealth as another component (there were several efforts in this direction in OTL) much of the Russian nobility might Polonize the way their Lithuanian/Ukrainian counterparts did.

Poland-Lithuania was extremely tolerant in this respect so this does not need to be a problem.

I think with the right POD you could have a portion of the Russian nobility Polonized. But the larger population? I can't see how that is possible.
