AHC:Ottoman Iran-Afghan-India

As the Tin Says,Your Challenge here is to make a scenario that allowed the Ottomans to have a Hold on Iran-Afghan-India,or even reaches Bhutan and Siam.

Maybe if the Ottomans win the Battle of Diu and conquer the Portuguese possessions in India? I don't see a way for the Ottomans to conquer the Safavid empire so any Indian possessions won't be continuous and would definitely be a major case of over reach.

The closest we can get to an Afghan India is Shere Shah Suri or Islam Shah Suri completely beating Humayun, or at least have infighting between him and his brothers so the Mughals can't return.

The OP states that the Ottomans need control over those three places, not Afghan India.

Also, Gujarat was run by an Afghan, so I suppose if one could have that cling on....then you'll have at least parts of India run by Afghans.

I have to agree with this statement here.

The Seljuks don't press into Azerbaijan, instead they attack Afghanistan.

They eventually break up, until one of the princes called Osman starts a good streak of conquering kings. Based somewhere in Afghanistan they overrun eastern Iran and more, as well as Northern India. Eventually overstretch forces them to contract to just the parts of Iran and India they can handle.

There :p

Wasn't the point of the Battle of Diu to return the Portuguese possessions in India to Gujarat? The Ottomans only freeloaded on the battle because they wanted to destroy Portuguese influence in the Arabian Sea, same as Venice and Ragusa fought on the Ottoman side to try to break the Portuguese control of trade from the Orient.
