AHC: No German Reunification

Challenge: To have the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact fall and have democracy in the GDR but don't have unification with West Germany.

There was an essay on this subject in the latest Brack/Dale collection Prime Minister Corbyn.

From what I remember Kohl is replaced by someone from his Cabinet who prioritises economics over reunification, and the end result is after a year of mass East German migration to the West the Wall goes back up.
