AHC: Napolionic French Empire vs the Soviet Union

Based on a joke post I've seen on a different forum.

Your challenge is to come up with a scenario where:

1) France is an Empire ruled by a Bonaparte as monarch into the 21st century.
2) Despite point 1), the Russian Revolution still occurs and Soviet Union is formed.
3) USSR and Napoleonic France go to war.

Well, Napoleon III's actual downfall was pretty unlikely, almost ASB. It's not that hard to keep the House of Bonaparte on the throne.

Let's say the Franco-Prussian War still happens but Napoleon III has the good sense to not actually go to the front and get himself captured. France loses the war and is as bitter as OTL, leading to the same basic chain of events that happened OTL, except that the government of France doesn't change - no Government of National Defense, as Napoleon dies an Emperor and his son succeeds him. Russia still forms the alliance (if anything, it would seem more likely to ally with *Napoleon IV than with the French Republic). Eventually, there is another war with Germany that is a bloodbath and leads to revolution in Russia. Or just have the Revolution of 1905 succeed.

As for #3? Hmm . . . maybe France goes all-in during the Russian Civil War?
