AHC Mysore

I have a challenge. There is this faction called the Kingdom of Mysore which in the 1500s was a tributary state to another kingdom.

Starting from 1510, try to make a timeline that meets the checkpoints.

1540 triple the land area occupied by them, and give a coastline.

1650 have them conquer Deli Sultunate and control 3/4 of Modern day India and Pakistan. Have them meet the someone in the West speaking a Germanic Language (this includes English) or Romance language (they don't need to boarder it, just need to make contact. Have their own Marco Polo, only without the confusion of India and Madagascar as he seemed to do.

1860 Have them control the land from India to the Tigris river. Be of friendly terms with the British without losing independence to them. Weapon of choice for most infantry should be the musket (more advanced weapons for elite units is OK). Tributary and favored trading status is OK. Hinduism should be the majority or plurality religion, and still the religion of the royal family. 75% of the population or more should be Hindu, Buddhist, or Catholic. So combinations like 80% Hindu, 5% Buddhist, and 0% Catholic meets the challenge and so does 40% Hindu, 30% Buddhist, and 10% Catholic. The original Royal family must still be in control, through female lines is OK.

I'm afraid that Mysore isn't the best state for such an empire. Its state religion was hinduism, which isn't good for the image of an alexandrian-like continuous empire ruling over so many muslims. And if it gets that much lucky an empire, it'll either have to change its capital for more administrative ease or decentralize.
Another thing to mention, the zenith or peak of the Kingdom of Mysore was actually in the mid-to-late 18th century. And the state didn't control any territory outside of the deccan, which was its center of power and the territory its military was most adapted to.
Yet another thing: why would they want to expand into Persia?

In 1500s, there is no reason. In 1700s OTL, there... is no reason. But what if things went differently?

The Mughals almost controlled entire India and collapsed in mere decades. Ruling over entire India from the South and then expanding over the Khorasani desert and then crossing the Zagros mountains and then have the Tigris as a border. I could see them rule over India maybe but taking on the entire Persia is a no. Especially if you want to remain in friendly terms with the British.

A North Indian state has a better chance to conquer Khorasan and by chance reach the Tigris. But there is a long distance to keep the land for so long.

In 1500, the area of future kingdom of Mysore was a part of Vijayanagar Empire. The capital city of the empire, Vijayanagar(present day Humpi) was in North Karnataka. The kingdom of
Mysore was in South Karnataka. Mysore had attained fame for a short period first under Haider Ali and then his son Tippu Sultan. It could not be counted among the prominent kingdoms of India like the Vijayanagar or the Maratha kingdoms. If you would like to choose a reasonably large medieval kingdom for wanking, these two are the likeliest choices.
