AHC Mustafa Kemal in Young Turk Quadrumvirate

How do you get Mustafa Kemal to be a member of the CUP, and join the Young Turk movement to become one of the members of the Young Turks along with Cemal Pasha, Enver Pasha, and Talat Pasha?

off the top of my head, I think a massive victory by forces under his command is necessary in Libya in 1911

Mustpha would never have endorsed the genocide of 1915. He saw unity as the keystone of progress.

Mustafa Kemal is a lot more complicated than that. Remember, Armenains and 'Mountain Turks' (aka Kurds) do not identify as Turkish.

That's what I was thinking, but Ataturk did have a personal grudge with Enver Pasha getting into the Harem by marrying Sultan Naciyeh, which Ataturk wished to get into the royal family politics.

Young Turk is a rather broad term in late Ottoman history that's alot larger than the triumvirate or the CUP.

And Mustafa Kemal actually took part in the 1908 revolution, although he wanted the army to be outside politics, which didn't sit well with the CUP leadership.

... which likely butterflies away the rise of the Three Pashas in the firce place, considering their faction in the CUP managed to rise to power after the humilation of the Freedom and Accord faction of The Young Turks lead to them being in a position to have their government couped.

He joined/became member of the CUP in 1905/6 (He had an "own" anti-Abdülhamid group, that fused with the CUP at this time).

they can always still lose the war despite a local victory at Tobruk or wherever

True, but then out still fairly low ranking Mustafa dosen't get the clout of leading a sucessful war effort to be seriously boosted up for consideration as part of a leadership council
