Could Bosnia become muslim majority at any point before ottoman collapse in the balkans? Bonus points if its includes the sandzak.

Bosnia almost became majority Muslim in the early 1700s, but then they got hit hard by a bunch of plagues over the course of the century...I see no realistic way of avoiding that. Also the breakdown of order across the Ottoman Empire didn't help matters.
There's also a chance of establishing a Muslim majority if the Ottoman Empire keeps Bosnia past 1878. A bunch of Serbs and Croats were ethnically cleansed from Bosnia in the 1875-1878 period, and they might not be returning to their homes if the region stays under Ottoman rule.

Of course it could. Depends on what you want. Is it 51-66%? 66-80%? 80+%?

51-66% is possible when there is a little warfare and rebellion. Between 1687 and 1878 the wreckage left by the Austrian Army and Serb Rebellions affected the demographics. In those cases, Muslims (and Jews) were targeted when the enemy was Christian and occupied the region. Mostly before 1876. Austro-Hungarian occupation did trigger Muslims to leave for the other lands of the Empire, preferring Islamic Rule rather than being forced to leave.
66-80% is possible with an active missionary campaig. Bosnia has a little population, today it is 3,8 million. A few centuries before it was barely 1 million. The lower the population the better chances in conversions.
80+% is possible only with a successful missionary campaign and/or population transfer with... Serbia for example.

OTL Bosnia is now 51% Islamic to 2013 sources. It could be earlier.
If you want post-Ottoman Bosnia to be majority Islamic avoid the Bosniak emigration
