How many familial presidencies can the US stomach? Bonus points if they are sequential!

Familial presidencies post 1900:
  • Teddy Roosevelt & Franklin Delano Roosevelt (fifth cousins/uncle-nephew-in-law)
  • George H.W. Bush & George Bush (father-son)
near Familial presidencies post 1900:
  • John F. Kennedy, Bobby Kennedy, Ted Kennedy (3 brothers)
  • Bill Clinton & Hillary Clinton (husband-wife)
  • George H.W. Bush, George Bush, Jeb Bush (father, 2 sons)
what POD could cause more than these? Prescott Bush presidency? Joseph Kennedy Jr. survives WW2?

Perhaps Quentin Roosevelt survives from WW1 and leads American troops on WW2. Then in 1950's he could become POTUS. There even hardly would be much of butterflies between survival of QR and WW2 beside bit longer life of TR.

Four presidents seems bit more difficult.
