AHC: More ''Anti Religious'' Political Philosophies/Systems?

We all aware of Communism as the go-to political philosophy/system that is hostile towards religion( at least the Marxist-Leninist interpretation). What would need to happen to see arise of more
political systems that is hostile towards religion.

It doesn't need to be violently anti religious. For example, Objectivism works as well for its denial of the supernatural and major emphasis on the naturalistic universe.

Marxism is based on philosophical materialism, objectivism-some degree of rationalism(and empiricism).

I think any political system descended from a materialistic or explicitly "rational"(enlightenment era) philosophy could potentially be anti religious.

In our own time line, we had Positivism. In the nineteenth century, it was particularly influential in Brazil and Poland. We also had Kemalism, which dominated political life Turkey for much of the twentieth-century and inspired many political leaders throughout the Middle East. Indeed, if we delve into the philosophical foundations of many nationalist movements, we will find the sort of secularism that was central to these movements.

At its core, fascism was anti-religious. I understand Mussolini was an atheist. But Italian fascists and German nazis had no choice but to pay lip service to religion. I think if they had really had their way they'd stamp out christianity and replace it with their own ideas. Had they survived much longer that probably would've happened.

Another way to go is make the Fascists more overtly "Christian". Then have Christianity decline due to that connection.

Christianity is declining anyway. Catholic priests are going the way of the dinosaurs. Btw the above presupposes that democracy will always be viable hence fascism always be
maligned.

One could say that French Radicalism was anticlerical--not quite the same thing as antireligious.

The Cult of Liberty was explicitly anti-Christian and sought to replace worship of the Christian God with worship of Liberty as a concept, believing that to be the only way to a include peasant participation in a representative government. Any way that sort of thing could happen in a more modern regime?

Somewhere in the 20th Century Mid East would be interesting. As opposed to an explicitly anti-religious regime we could have Iraq or somewhere else become ruled by a government that wants to create a religion of its own (or at least pre-existing religion's dogma) to rule the conservative elements through.
