AHC: modern submarine aircraft carrier

I think the only country mad enough to need something like this is North Korea.

Perhaps build a submarine with 10 "Zero length" launched folding wing Jets held in a water tight container with a deck mounted 'Zero Length' Launcher and crane.

So perhaps a variant of the Mig 19 or Shenyang J6 with folding wings.

The intention of the Submarine was to conduct 'revenge' attacks on the United states mainland (in the event of the Americans launching an attack on the peoples workers paradise) using the Mig 19s to conduct one way chemical weapon attacks on US Cities or to strike at the American Fleet at Pearl harbour or San Diego.

28 Tomahawks?
A max of 22 x 7 = 154.
Good luck storing a Harrier vertically with wings folded.
Could the wings be folded twice?
(That's a serious question; for all I know a double-folded wing would be incapable of withstanding even the stresses of sub-sonic flight).

two ways
either the Jet aircraft land and start on water

or they go VTOL

US-NAVY study for Submarine Aircraft carrier

Realistically the only time frame possible is 1930's- 1940's after this radars etc make detection more possible. The Japanese attacked mainland USA with submarine launched aircraft and planned to attack the locks on the Panama Canal in the same way.

Or ABS this?

Perhaps instead of a strike asset make the sub(s) a SOF delivery platform with helicopters to deploy a small troop force ashore, perhaps also with underwater, semi-submerged and/or surface craft also used.

Maybe the Cold War ends with a couple of big SSBNs (Ohios, Typhoons or similar) under construction and they're converted on the ships.
IIRR there was a proposal for a cargo-carrying Typhoon.
