With a p.o.d. after 15 April 1912 and with WW1 lasting from 28 July 1914 to 11 November 1918 with an Entente victory, have White Star Line create 5 or more Olympic class or similar liners [including the original 3 Olympic class ships and a Titanic replacement].

By Olympic class or similar:
1] GRT must be in the 40000-60000 grt range and displacement of 50000 to 65000 tons
2] Four funnels
3] Speed: 21-23 knots service, about 3 knots more for maximum
4] 9 decks [7 passenger]
5] About 3000-4000 maximum capacity.
6] 850 to 925 feet of length, 90-95 feet width, 170-180 feet height, and 30-40 feet draught.

OK, The Olympic and Titanic were £47-£57 per ton. The Cunard liners were £31-37 per ton. The costs of Cargo Steamers went from £8 per ton in 1900 down to £6 per ton by 1914. However, after the war it had increased 4 fold to £26 per ton.

The ocean liner market in post war Europe wouldn't support the pre-war passenger demand and building replacements would be prohibitively expensive.

They might be able to build a fourth Olympic class liner if the Britanic survives the war.
But with oil fired boilers that ship might only exist on paper as a ship purposely designed for oil would be more space and tonnage efficient.

Won't happen. The Aquitania and the Ballin trio were designed specifically as "Olympic killers." In other words, they were made to out class the three Olympic-class ships. If anything, assuming Britannic is not sunk, thus butterflying away the Majestic then you likely to see a new ship built with oil fired boilers, steam turbines, 3 funnels, probably 950'+, a beam somewhere between 100-110' and a GRT of 60-65,000 tons with a service speed of 25+ knots and a top speed of 27 or so.

By the end of World War II the Olympic class liners had various parts that that were obsolete
