POD has to be before 100 B.C.E but can have multiple PODS

In 101 BCE, in the midst of his sixth consulship, the Roman general Gaius Marius passes into law the Lex Space Filia ensuring that no part of the world would be unclaimed by some region-spanning empire and that no human would ever be lonely again. He was hailed by the senate as father of the Republic for his bravery in passing this law

POD: Alexander the Great's "Indian Campaign" works better than planned, securing a strong border along the Indus River, thus butterflies away his death on 11 June 323 BC, aged 32 in Babylon. He is able to live an extra 20+ years, seeing his first son, reach the age of adulthood as well as fathering more children ranging from 1 to in their 20s, with loyal family generals and politicians, Alexander, dies happily knowing his empire, will survive.

With India surrendering to the Greeks and blockaded from going West, they turn their attention East, securing an alliance with the Ancient Chinese states. The Great Greek Empire, also hampers Romes attempts at conquering the Balkan peninsula resulting in them concentrating in the Iberian peninsula and North Western Africa, having been blocked from Northern Europe by the Celtic-Germanic-Gaul alliance. With Three strong rivals, the Hunns occupy OTL Russia

Religion: No Islam, Alexander suppresses this religion, how ever is not able to stop a Greek style of Judaism from forming, linking with themes from ancient Greek polytheism, similar also to the Celtic, Germanic, Gaul and Roman States, that mix their polytheism with the teachings of Judaism. With a strong Indian and Chinese unity, the world sees a hybrid of Asia's three ancient religions of Buddha, Confucianism and Hinduism.

Hundred Years War goes Britain’s way (as it really should have, that it didn’t is in my opinion literally an ASB - see Joan of Arc for starters), then the Anglo-French kingdom inherits the throne of the Klamar Union, and uses their vast resources to secure election to the position of Holy Roman Emperor (maybe by Habsburg marriage?)

Spain unites Portugal and Italy within it (as it came close to doing on multiple occasions) and ploughs heavily into colonies to make up the imbalance.

The Ottomans, unable to push heavily into Europe because of the sudden unification of most of Western Europe, go east instead and take Persia and their fellow Turkic peoples in Central Asia.

Mughals can’t go north into Afghanistan, so they head East into Burma and China.

And Russia conquers Japan somewhere along the way?

EDIT: whoops didn’t see the pre-100 BC part

"Map made by Momo, the first veritably sapient Crow from New Calendonia. While it is unlikely that the borders mean anything, her painting style shows that she at least had some consideration for the concept of there being separate territories. Furthermore, the colors used have been found on pieces of yarn found by dead crows, leading some researchers to believe that these colors have significance in Crow culture.

Colorized, 1955."
