AHC make the Taiwanese Tungning kingdom survives.

The most immediate answer I can think of is Koxinga not dying out of the blue in his thirties; tensions had reached the breaking point with the Spanish Philipines, and he planned to expand his control south after expelling the Dutch from Taiwan. Would be a hell of a TL if he then captures Hainan, carving out a chain of island domains across the east Pacific

It is either he aids the rebels in the Philippines or he gets nothing, there was a rebellion at the time when Koxinga was there, he would get some land in the Philippines from the rebels but not all of it.

The Qing was just too massive and too ruthless for the Southern Ming to counter. They were willing to evacuate the entire coastline empty just to starve off Taiwan.

One could wish that Zheng family could attack the Philipines or Batavia, but their eyes were always on the mainland. Huge resources were wasted on unrealistic mainland ambitions during the Revolt of the Three Feudatories. Preventing these interventions would do a great service to the Zheng.Probably preventing the defection of Shi Lang could also help.

the naval balance of power on the Taiwan Strait would still ultimately tilt in favor of the Qing, but as long as this is delayed until after the death of Kangxi, later Qing emperors might be increasingly accepting the Zheng family as a status quo, and content with a political solution which preserves the administrative and cultural independence of Taiwan to a certain degree: for instance, no forced acceptance of the shameful Manchu hairstyle.
