AHC: Make the best legislative model when the presidential term either odd or even

Hello friends. Seeing the durations of mandates of the presidents of the countries. A question came to me. What is the best term of office for Senators and Representatives based on the presidential mandate?

For example, POTUS lasts 4 years, Senators 6 and Representatives 2. But as it would be with:
Presidential mandate of 5 years [1]
6-year presidential mandate [2]
7-year presidential mandate [3]

Choose what would be your mandate length model for Senators and Representatives. Or would they keep it as in OTL?

And if you like, the model for subnational entities.

[1] French case.
[2] Mexican case, 6 years for Senators and 3 years
[3] French case, lasted those years before 2007?

Hola amigos.

My qualms aside for the organization of the US system; just looking at the term lengths I'd change just the legislators.

House: 3-4 years; at the moment 2 just means every legislator is always in a cycle of campaigning for reelection and not much focus is put on governing other than the very crammed and rushed bills we see now
Senate: 4 years; 6 is a little long in my opinion; sort of makes the system very convservatice at that level

Keep the president every 4 but my personal bias against elections all the time I do not know if it would be better to have everyone elected all together or stagger them.

Now creating an environment for this in the US would need some crazy changes either early on; or during reconstruction or early 1900s

I suppose the POD must be between "1785" -1789 when the constitution was written.

Then two options would be:

That all choose the same year and last the same period of time (the issue of re-election is omitted). That is, every four years they would be elected.
President: 4 years (eg 2001-2005)
Senate: 4 years (2001-2005)
Representatives: 4 years (2001-2005)

The other would be that they choose each X years similar to OTL and a part of the congress is renewed every 2 years.
President: 4 years (2001-2005)
Senate, class 1: 4 years (2001-2005)
Senate, class 2: 4 years (2003-2007)
Representatives, class 1: 4 years (2001-2005)
Representatives, class 2: 4 years (2003-2007)

It seems that they do in the congress of Argentina.
