AHC: Largely Athiest/Agnostic Country by 1930

Is it possible to have a country that is majority non-religious by the 1930s? To clarify, the population must reach this state on its own free will, so something like communism, which forces atheism on its people as one of it's tenants, is not permitted. It could be a gradual or a quick change, but the POD must be no later than 1850.

It depends o nthe culture of the nation in question, case by case.

Given the widespread populatity of religion in most cases, I really doubt it.

Lithuania wasmy first thought, its relation with the Roman Catholic Church being strained even before achieving independence. Given that its national revival was mostly based on an opposition to the (very catholic) Poles and (very orthodox) Russians, while barely having other religions present on its land, a stronger national revival may well lead to an "anti-church" sentiment arising in the early 20's.
