Have Congress accept Franklin's application for statehood before North Carolina rescinds its cession.
Well, it's kinda smallish,and not exactly heavily populated, but if you at least take the neighboring counties to the north, and maybe even everything else immediately to the northwest,going to the Kentucky border, then it might actually work.
