AHC: Jewish General Secretary of the CPSU

The challenge is, with a POD after October, 1917, to have at any time a Jewish General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (or an equivalent, since the title was created by Stalin on 1922).

A zillion bonus points if you don't play the obvious card: Trotsky.

Grigory Zinoviev does not break with Stalin in 1925, and thus keeps a serious amount of power, and doesn't do anything that might get him purged, appearing all the while as Stalin's loyal Counterpart. When Stalin finally kicks the bucket, Zinoviev takes power and gains the seat as General Secretary. Khrushchev (or his counterpart) ends up in a ditch somewhere.
