AHC:Ifugao speaking Luzon

Is it possible for Luzon to be primarily Ifugao speaking, the Ifugaos have a similar habitat as the Tagalogs - they lived in a hilly area and assimilated low landers in Central Luzon, is it possible for Ifugaos to do what the Tagalogs did and assimilate the Tarlac-Nueva Ecija-Eastern Pangasinan areas and also have a majority prescence in Manila?

Ifugaos live in the Cordilleras, and it's quite impossible to have a wank without an ASB intervention. On the other hand, their language is quite relatively similar to Tingguian, Kankana-ey, Bontoc and Kalingga as they belonged to the same family (Central Cordilleran subgroup of Northern Luzon languages).

I think the linguistic shift of Kapampangans to Northern Tagalog is basically ASB caused by the resettlement policy and divide and conquer so without the Spanish policy they will remain Kapampangan speaking, so there is also a possibility of since the Ifugaos also live in Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya especially if they absorb the tribes that live with them that are similar to them and with Spanish backing like the Tagalogs did.

Both Pangasinense and Kapampangan are both the ACTUAL candidates for the people that will dominate Luzon but were stopped by the Spanish.
