AHC: Hillary Clinton becomes President of the USA

With a PoD no earlier than 1990, can Hillary Clinton become the President of the United States of America? In OTL, of course, she attempted to become President a few times but failed to do so; what is the best POD to enable her to have a successful Presidential run?

Bonus points if she ends up serving a full 8 years as President. Double bonus points if she has an approval rate greater than 50% for all of her time as President.
