To do this you must butterfly the British-Anerican good relationship. How about the War of 1812 get massively successful and America demands Canada?

Good, but how do you explain the Russians and Austrians on good terms?

Only thing I could think of is a stronger Ottoman Empire on the Germany-Italy-Britain side (Can't really call them the Central Powers anymore). You could bring Austria and Russia together if they both still have ambitions vs. Ottoman Balkan territories instead of their OTL fighting over the post-Ottoman Balkans.

Or have the Venezuela Crisis come close to going to full-scale war in 1895. For good measure, have the Battleship Maine sink the flagship of the British Royal Navy off the coast of Venezuela during the crisis.

An Ottoman victory in 1878 would do wonders for Austro-Russian relations.

Question: Is the USA in at the begining, or does it enter later.

That'll effect things.
Not to mention it's level of mobilization/commitment when it enters the war; a US halfheartedly entering the war late and needs time to build up and train its forces is a very different thing from a US that has a large standing army and is fully committed to the war from the start.

Not to mention the question of how large the US Navy is; Britain and Germany will presumably still be the #1 and #2 naval powers in Europe, and the US can't project much power into Europe unless it can have reasonably secure shipping routes for men and materiel.

That's simple.
Hostile Germany and Italy (major threat to A-H) + Hostile Britain (potent Russian rival) + Austro-Russian partition of the European part of the Ottoman Empire into spheres of influence (similar to the OTL Anglo-Russian partition of Iran) = Cordial Austro-Russian relations

It will be really hard for the US to abandon one of its closest economic partners (UK) and one of its closest ethnic partners (Germany).
