AHC: Have the Spanish call Luzon as 'Celudon'/Cerdon

Is it possible for the Spanish to call Luzon as Celudon/Cerdon similar to its original malay name Selurong, instead of using the name Luzon.

The Spanish call Sulawesi as Celebes..

Celudon is a possible Spanish rendering of Selurong, Selurong can be corrupted to Celdon or Cerdon, the name Celdonia sounds like a video game land, while Cerdon means big pig.

According to my historian friend who has sources it is Legaspi who first used the name Luzon as a corruption of certain place name in 'Luzon'.
