AHC: Have the rebellion of Manco Inca succeed

In 1535 the puppet king of the Inca, a man named Manco Inca, rebelled against the Spanish and raised a large number of soldiers in rebellion. He proved to be more than a match for the Spanish and defeated them numerous times and even established a short lived Neo-Incan state. However he was gradually pushed back despite winning a number of battles until he was finally beaten in Bolivia. In retaliation for the defeat, Manco Inca waged a brutal guerilla war against the Spanish. However in 1544 Manco Inca was assassinated and his son proved incapable of holding the rebellion together which fell apart after his death.

Can anyone find a way to have his rebellion succeed?

Also what would be the effects of such a victory?

Spanish revenue is GREATLY diminished. Mexico and Peru were SUPER DUPER important for trade with China because the Ming only accepted silver. I can see several effects:

1. Inca become SUPER DUPER rich from silver trade with China.
2. China abandons the silver standard and goes back to paper money.
3. Spanish economy diversifies, getting rid of its unhealthy reliance on silver.
