Basically, have the dynasty established by William the Conqueror remain on the English/British throne until modern day. Any POD is fine.

If OP wants House of Normandy:
- Have Robert Curthose inherit the whole shebang through his father's will or by conquest. This will make primogeniture (maybe agnatic) the prime mover in determining succession, and William Clito will have a sporting chance at surviving long enough to have children, OR
- Robert, Earl of Gloucester enthrones himself as King during the Anarchy (POD is Something adverse happening to Matilda and all of the Blois dynasty being unacceptable) and pulls an Aviz.

If OP wants Plantagenets:
- an Arthur of Brittany thing could be made to include this OR
- the cadet Cornwall or Leicester-Lancaster lines survive and get the throne after Richard III dies as his agnatic heirs (L-L is difficult as it butterflies the Wars of the Roses, as the heiress was married to Henry IV) OR
- The 1st Earl of Worcester gains the throne in a similar scenario, either by Richard living another decade for him to reach his majority and get foreign support or by Henry VII dying childless and nominating him his successor.

I hope some of these help :)

What about a Ric. III who doesn't depose (and murder) his nephew? As in my TL, Edward of Westminster leaves a pregnant wife, and their daughter marries Ed. V?

Another Plantagent scenario: Richard II's older brother Edward of Angoulême survives, rendering anything related to Richard II moot.

That's a start, but 600+ more years of similar butterflies will be needed to get from then to today, however.
